Be careful when using this ability though as when performing it it may miss, which is why I suggest jumping and doing it mid-air. This powerful ability gives you the power of the force and allows you to push back the enemy force and dealing very high damage of 26 to villains( average). Also make use of his deflected shot semi-ability. However with his low health you have to be extremely careful and use your agility to your advantage. The jedi plays as an extremely fast character who can get behind enemy lines and attack dealing a lot of damage.
VADER TIP: During Heroes vs Villains try and stay close to the emperor not only because can provide help but because his honour guards provide great cover and help deal more damage to the enemy. I rarely find myself using Vader due to his lack of speed and one useless(on regular infantry) ability. It disappointing that star wars' most iconic villain was represented so poorly in the game. I would only suggest using him on maps like endor as there are the most close combat zones. Vader is an ok villain, if you stick to close quarters combat. This trait can be good on certain maps however it works against the best tactic of 'don't go charging into herds of enemies'. Vaders specific trait has not been given a name, like many other hero traits, but allows you to sustain more damage while around more enemies within a 20 metre radius. His is my faviroute ability of his as it is a classic battlefront skill and is the only ability that can grant you collaterals. With this ability you can kill up to 10 people if they're packed closely together. This classic ability will let you throw vaders saber into the enemy killing them instantly( if regular troops ). I would recommend ONLY using this against heroes and never in hero hunt or around regular infantry soldiers. This ability has Vader charge forward in a heavy attack that deals great damage to heroes but due to its small radius, little to regular troops. This ability is very useful but extremely annoying and pestering for the opponents facing up against Vader.
Vaders force choke ability allows him to choke and kill any regular infantry troop in a close proximity.
His 3 abilities are: Force choke, Heavy Strike and saber throw but he can also deflect enemy shots. Lord Vader is a tank type villain who is able to sustain immense damage but is only fully effective when facing singular enemies in a close-quarters environment. Let me start of the review by saying that I don't enjoy playing as darth vader and so his specific review may be slightly biased. Also there is a guide to playing each hero in game modes.
